Cancellation Policy

 

Deposit
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.

Cancellation by the Client 

• Cancellation up to 60 days prior to departure: 100% refund of the deposit.

• Cancellation from 59 to 31 days prior to departure: 50% refund of the deposit.

• Cancellation 30 days or less prior to departure: no refund.

Weather Conditions
In the event that weather conditions, as determined by the Captain and/or the relevant Port Authorities, do not allow safe departure, the client may choose one of the following:

• Reschedule the booking to another available date at no extra cost, or

• Receive a voucher of equal value, valid for 12 months

By confirming the booking, the client accepts the above cancellation policy.
