Free Cancellation

Plans changed? No worries!
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
In that case, you will receive a full refund.

Last-Minute Cancellations / No-Show

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the cruise or fail to show up at the departure point,
no refund will be issued.

Weather Conditions

Your safety is our top priority. If the cruise cannot take place due to adverse weather conditions:

• You will be offered:
• a full refund to your card, or
• a voucher of equal value to use on another date of your choice.
